Following the developments in relation to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and recommendations by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and local authorities, as a firm we have activated our business continuity processes.
Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our team and their families and at the same time we are committed to providing a continuous service to our clients. With this in view, we have put in place measures to allow us to safely continue to provide services to our clients and remain at your disposal by telephone and email access.
In keeping with guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), enhanced hygiene practices have been implemented in our Cayman offices. Our team members have been requested to advise whether they (or members of their household or relatives with whom they have been in close contact) have returned from international travel in the last thirty days, or are planning any travel to impacted countries in the near future. Telecommuting is required for vulnerable staff and anyone who may be at risk of exposure. We have also introduced prevention protocols in our Cayman office which include a reduction in face-to-face meetings with third parties and we have suspended business travel and continue to monitor travel advisories.
We hold in our thoughts all those affected by COVID-19, encourage you and your families to do all that you can to stay safe and we wish all of you good health.
