Mark-Paul advises hedge funds, private equity funds and investment managers on fund formation, their on-going operations and regulation. He also provides counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters representing a diverse client base.

Mark-Paul’s expertise extends to contentious matters. Prior to joining FrancisGrey, he worked as a litigator at a leading Caribbean law firm and has broad experience in complex commercial dispute resolution, including ADR. He has successfully appeared before the High Court, Appeals Court and other tribunals on behalf of large corporates and has a well-earned reputation for being accessible, commercial and analytical in his approach.

Mark-Paul is a Commonwealth Scholar and completed post graduate studies at the University of Exeter where he was awarded a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
